How to book

Submit your event details through the website. Please allow 24 hrs for a response which will include a calendar link to set up a tour of the space at your convenience. Once contract is signed & 50% payment, your date is reserved.

Parking

Archive is one of very few event venues in downtown Tulsa with ample off-street parking directly across from our location.

Hourly or day-rate via mobile apps apply. Free on-street weekend parking.

Is there a kitchenette

Yes! Archive has a kitchenette equipped with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator concealed from the main space. You are welcome to bring outside food/drink. We have available (2) 3-gallon drink dispensers with every event rental.

Alcohol

Alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender who cannot be a host or attendee of your event.

Rental inclusions

  • In-house tables and chairs for 50 guests.

  • Wireless, wall-mounted sound system.

  • Tabletop speaker with (2) microphones & Bluetooth capabilities.

  • Remote-controlled, adjustable lighting - choose a color palette that reflects the mood you want to evoke for your event.

  • Wifi.

  • View our collection for additional rental offerings which can be added for a fee.

Can things be placed on the walls?

Nothing is permitted to be affixed to the walls. There will be a damage fee assessed if this policy is not adhered to. You are welcome to use stands/displays for decor.

Is set up/cleaning included

On arrival on the time you have booked, tables and chairs, if desired, will be set up and ready. Personalized details and clean up is the responsibility of the renter. Your set-up/cleaning time will need to be factored in your reserved rental time frame.

Closing time

Events must end at 2:00 am.
